Public tenders
Bid without re-reading 180 pages of tender documents every time
The consultation rules require a document you discover the day before the deadline. The technical bid reuses the previous one, with the other buyer’s name still on page 12. And the references that win are scattered across six bid managers’ folders.

Nothing to configure. The blueprint derives the agents, their speciality and the folders they need — and submits the lot before writing anything.
"We bid on public works contracts. I want the exact list of required documents, and a check that the bid answers every award criterion."
- Tender pack analyst/tender-pack
Extracts required documents, deadlines and criteria
- Bid checker/bid
Verifies that every award criterion finds an answer
- Reference finder/references
Retrieves the comparable project already delivered
The workspace takes shape
What you upload and what has to be written together, kept apart. The folders carry the words of your trade — never /documents.
The folders are created in your drive. You put your documents in them.
- /tender-pack9 files
The consultation pack as received
- /references46 files
Your past projects, one sheet each
- /certificatesempty
Administrative certificates, kept current
These documents do not exist yet. The assistant asks you questions and writes them.
- /bid/outline.mdwritten
The bid outline, aligned on the award criteria
- /bid/methodology.mdto write
Your standard methodology, adapted per tender
You ask, the team works
Every step is visible while it runs: the file read, the specialist consulted. The answer cites the paths it relies on.

Where the AI stops and asks
These checkpoints are written into workflow.md, in plain text. Between two of them the AI works alone; it does not cross one. You decide where they fall.
- Before submission: it is a contractual commitment, not a draft.
- Before reusing a client reference — permission to cite is not automatic.
- As soon as a required document is not found in /certificates.
The project remembers
Your decisions carry from one conversation to the next — and you can read them, correct them, erase them. A memory you cannot contradict is not one.
Re-read on every request. Correct what is wrong, erase what no longer serves.
## Decisions - The bid outline always follows the order of the award criteria, not our usual order. - The tax compliance certificate must be renewed every six months. - Do not cite the Beaulieu project: the client did not consent. ## Preferences - Report gaps by criterion, with the weighting alongside.
Frequently asked questions
- Does Ts-Agents write the technical bid for me?
- It writes with you, never for you and never without a checkpoint. The workflow places an approval step before submission, because a public tender response is a contractual commitment. In practice it breaks down the pack, proposes an outline aligned on the award criteria, and flags what is missing.
- How do we reuse our past references?
- You upload your project sheets to /references once; the dedicated agent retrieves the comparable project on every new consultation. The project memory retains citation restrictions — a client who did not consent no longer comes up.
- What if the tender pack is 200 pages?
- That is the normal case, and it is what makes the analysis pay off. Agents read documents on demand rather than all at once, and the consumption tracking shows you per exchange what it cost on your key — so you see immediately what a bid is worth.
