Real estate agency
Check a listing and its surveys before the buyer does
The energy survey expired between the mandate and the sale agreement. The listing says 92 m² where the measurement says 88. Nobody notices before the buyer does — and by then, it is trust that is gone.

Nothing to configure. The blueprint derives the agents, their speciality and the folders they need — and submits the lot before writing anything.
"We do residential sales. Before anything goes live, I want someone to check that the file is complete and that the listing says nothing the surveys contradict."
- File checker/mandates
Verifies mandatory documents and their validity dates
- Survey reader/surveys
Extracts areas, energy ratings and easements from reports
- Listing reviewer/listings
Confronts the published text with the file
The workspace takes shape
What you upload and what has to be written together, kept apart. The folders carry the words of your trade — never /documents.
The folders are created in your drive. You put your documents in them.
- /mandates23 files
Signed mandates, one folder per property
- /surveys58 files
Energy, asbestos and measurement reports
- /listingsempty
The published text, exactly as it appears
These documents do not exist yet. The assistant asks you questions and writes them.
- /rules/completeness.mdwritten
Documents required by property and mandate type
- /rules/wording.mdto write
What your listings say and never say
You ask, the team works
Every step is visible while it runs: the file read, the specialist consulted. The answer cites the paths it relies on.
Is the file for 14 Béranger Street complete enough to go live?

- ask_agentconsults the file checker
- read_filereads /surveys/beranger-14-energy.pdf

Where the AI stops and asks
These checkpoints are written into workflow.md, in plain text. Between two of them the AI works alone; it does not cross one. You decide where they fall.
- Before anything goes live: a published listing binds the agency.
- Before changing an advertised area, which is contractual data.
- As soon as a survey is expired or missing.
The project remembers
Your decisions carry from one conversation to the next — and you can read them, correct them, erase them. A memory you cannot contradict is not one.
Re-read on every request. Correct what is wrong, erase what no longer serves.
## Decisions - Nothing goes live without an energy survey less than ten years old, no exception. - The advertised area is the certified measured area, never the floor area. - The Béranger mandate is exclusive until 30 September. ## Preferences - Block and explain, rather than flag and let through.
Frequently asked questions
- Do we have to re-enter the survey data?
- No. You upload the reports as you receive them into /surveys; the dedicated agent reads areas, energy ratings and validity dates from them at the moment you ask. Nothing is re-entered, so nothing goes out of sync.
- Does the AI publish the listings?
- No. The workflow places a checkpoint before anything goes live, because a published listing binds the agency. The agents check completeness and contradictions; publishing stays a human act.
- Can a project be shared with the negotiators?
- Yes, depending on your plan. An invited colleague works on the project — asks the agents, uploads documents — but has no control over the subscription, the model key or the drive: those belong to the account holder.
